For the past 16 years she has served as Senior Pastor of Kingdom Harvest Outreach Ministry Inc. which she founded. Bishop Small currently lives in St. Petersburg, FL. She is known as the encourager. It is her desire to give support, confidence, and hope to everyone she meets regardless of their life experiences, talents, physical ability, or role—they have a purpose and a destiny. What matters the most is that they remain faithful.
Bishop Small is a graduate of St. Petersburg College and Eckerd College and has both an Associate and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, respectively. She holds a Master’s in Education from St. Leo University. She has an Associate and Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Faith Theological Seminary & Christian College, Tampa, Florida and is currently working currently toward a Doctorate in Christian Education. Bishop Small was confirmed a Bishop in July 2018 under the Sounds of Praise Pentecostal Fellowship Ministry, Worldwide under the leadership of Apostle Allen H. Simmons. Bishop Small has worked in several positions in the insurance industry for almost 30 years. For the last 12 years, she was a reading teacher in both middle and high school.
After two devastating events in her life in 2003, Bishop Small found herself in a state of brokenness, but instead of giving up, she set herself to seek the Lord. After much prayer, she began an outreach ministry which has evolved into a full-time ministry. She continues to be fueled by inspiration from Jesus Christ and the driving desire to fulfill the Lord’s will for her life, and a dedication for winning souls for the Kingdom.view less
