She has qualified UGC-NET and APSET. Currently, she is working as an assistant professor on contract in the Department of Commerce and Management Studies of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University and is teaching the subjects of both MBA and MCom. The author has participated in many workshops, conferences, and seminars at national and international levels. She also published articles in both national and international journals.
