For most of my life, I have worked in the caring profession, and I love and enjoy what I do.
I immigrated to Jamaica in 1981 with my parents, then returned in 1988.
Throughout my life, I have faced many challenges and experiences, which led me to write this book. I have always felt sadness and a passion towards people with mental illnesses, and I have had close encounters with them over the years.
Writing has always been a passion of mine, but I mostly write poetry. I love the play on words with no rules.
I thought it was about time I wrote this book, as it has been on my mind for many years, and I would like to support others who may be struggling to cope in life.view less
