She began her culinary career at the age of 14 working in the kitchens at a well-known Lincolnshire Village Pub owned by her family. At age 18 Polly moved to the family business in Portugal, Cornwall and eventually back to her roots in Lincolnshire.
After years under the tutelage of her family, Polly spent time running the village pub, eventually landing the role of boss-lady.
After returning to Lincolnshire Polly has concentrated on good wholesome straight forward cooking and tending to her allotment.view less
