I wa...view moreThe author: Fatherhood is the toughest, hardest, most rewarding thing I have ever had to do. Having two children four months apart at the age of 21, I learned the lessons of life the hard way. I was a two time felon before the age of 18 as life constantly brought challenges. In spite of the strikes against me, I kept the faith that God was molding me for greatness. I maintained a business, played college football, and obtained a B.A. degree in Quantitative Economics as well as a Masters of Business Administration. As Executive Director of Black Family United, and a College Economics Instructor, I am 100% devoted to encouraging the next generation to embrace the beauty and benefit of marriage, family and community devotion regardless of failed attempts in life.
