At the time of writing this book, he was a senior lecturer in the School of Professional Studies at Scott Christian University, and the Director of Christian Education Department of the Christian Church International (CCI), Kenya. Before this, he served for eight years in the Business and Leadership Departments of the Pan Africa Christian University as a lecturer and the Director of the MA in Leadership Program.
He has a MA in Leadership degree, A Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and, a PhD in Business Administration
He lives in Thika, Kenya with his wife Anne, and their two sons; Mumo and Kyama, and their daughter Shalom Mbete.view less
