We each arrived in the USA with $50 in our pocket and 20 years later we had it all. Our children attended some of the world’s most exclusive schools: we had a house in the country, and 2 cars. Then one Sunday morning in May 1990 my hubby announced “we” were broke .. he lost it all. We sat in our apt without electricity for 6 mos and if we wanted to make a phone call we needed an- often-hard to find Quarter to use at the payphone on the street corner. Yet, I was able to maintain my children at the same exclusive schools.The morning my husband died in 2001 he left me $5 in his wallet, and 3 children to educate at University. There was no life insurance, no pension – nada.The BIG QUESTION became ‘how would I honor his last wish to be buried in Egypt’ with $5? Within 9 hours of his death I had manifested $15K – enough $ to honor his deathbed wish and allow our 3 children and me to accompany his body to Cairo.Upon my return from Egypt I made a conscious choice to undo the ‘poverty’ mindset that I was forced to adopt when all the money disappeared. I got my coaching business off the ground, recovered financially, educated my children, and continue to help thousands of women worldwide create abundance in their lives.view less
