She holds a Bachelor of Administration in Christian Studies, and was inducted into the International Honor Society (Phi Theta Kappa).
Christ is the founder, but Rene’ is the president of Root of Jesse Ministry, which includes ministries that branch into several areas in society.
She has two biological children, De'Nina Rene' and Joshua Emmanuel. She has also assisted in rearing twenty-six foster children. Rene' was called to the gospel ministry in 1978. Licensed as a minister of the gospel in April 1983, she subsequently was ordained and given full rights of performance in the ministry in 1998.
She has counseled in prisons for more than twenty years and has also resided as chaplain over the Northeast Region (New Jersey) chapter of the Buffalo Soldier Organization.
She has a passion for the people of God and all who do not know the Lord, Jesus Christ. Her focus and perseverance is to “work while it’s day.”view less
