I really liked how Simone dwelves into wellness topics. She focuses on your wellbeing and it shows! It's made me feel inspired to change my lifestyle and hopefully you do too. I'm generally more of a fiction person but every now and then I'll listen to a nonfiction and it's been a really good experience so far.
