      Read until about halfway through. It had potential, but just kept getting more weird. Too bizzar. I rarely give up on a book, but felt i needed to in this case.

      The story started out alright, though the scientific descriptions can get a bit long-winded. In fact, i was quite enjoying the ride, but the abrupt shifts from roaming energy spheres to clones to aliens is just a bit much. And the main character gets way worked up about everything and and more than once I wanted to tell him to chill out. I probably would have punched him in real life. Also, the detailed descriptions of women's bodies was definitely off-putting. Yeah, I won't be following up the story.
