About this audiobook
We can not raise a happy child if we are constantly screaming threats at them. No parent sets out to hurt their child, but this type of parenting does just that. To raise a happy child that wants to behave, you need to retrain yourself first. You need to change the way you think and react to their behavior. You need to understand your triggers and heal yourself. Only then you can begin to heal your relationship with your children.
This book will show you why strict and permissive parenting do not work. You will learn just how easy it is to embrace a positive parenting style. While learning how to be a positive parent, you will not only heal the relationship with your children but heal yourself along the way.

We are a team of writers. We are a team of moms. We are Writer Moms! We have experienced what it is like to be a mother and to be completely clueless about raising our children. Through mutual support and help, we have risen out of our early mom days and we want to help you now. We love reading and writing self-improvement and self-help books, especially parenting books that will help you become the best version of yourself for your children. Whether you are a new mother, a veteran mother or an expectant mother, our books can help you. We have positive, practical advice for all the Mommies (and the Daddies) out there. Instead of just telling you what to do, we believe in giving you step-by-step user guides for your everyday problems. We love cooking and preparing delicious food for our children and our families. We love spending time with our loved ones. We are Mommies who have jobs, businesses and are stay-at-home parents, and we can help you with many of your questions. Most of our books deal with children and parenting, but we also love to write on other topics related to your home and family. Most importantly, we believe in a happy home, and we would love to help to make your life so much better, as it should be.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5skip to the last chapter for her bits of advice. The rest didn't help with practical tools.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5It's a good book. I like how it is summarized and gets to the point for each stage your child will go through. This was directed at girls, and I have boys
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This book should be renamed ‘parenting for those who live under a rock’ nothing but very basic, commonly available advice in here
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It was helpful and I liked it. Thank you for this
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Really great book. Opened my eyes to a lot of my parenting techniques that I was not using well.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Such an amazing book and tool in parenting. I loved it!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great understanding of why kids rebel or do things they shouldn’t without being long straight to the point with awesome examples.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book sounded like me telling how I parent. It has reaffirmed me that I can continue on this path. A lot of times I would worry about how I slow down when they go too fast so we can talk things out when the “waters” are calmer but now I know that I am not alone on the path of not allowing all of us to be overly emotional at the same time. This was a great sounding board for me. This definately need promotion. Thank you
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Not to yell that they will learn and act in their later life. If you angry calm your self first before you act anything. Thank you!
I’m thinking to translate into different language to reach out into different community by this great book? Thank you! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This was such a great audiobook! As parents we can be all over the place and hard on ourselves over how we parent. So grateful for some insight to help me be a better mother.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Concise and practical with tips for every child's age group.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Love is a powerful motivator. Fear & punishment only work for a little but will harm your relationship.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Best 60 min of the day
I enjoyed every chapter - Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Not much substance to this book. We probably all know about the types of parenting, which is covered in this book, but that’s about as far as it goes. It’s an ad for peaceful parenting with none of the theory to match. There are better books out there than this
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5No time to listen? Just go to the last chapter ?
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Examples, for different ages and types of children . .
