This book was exactly what I needed to read. The quote that stuck with me the most was, “You have to care more about liking yourself than other people liking you.” If the title feels like it’s speaking to you, definitely read it! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

I really enjoyed listening to this book. It felt like it was written specifically for me and I kept thinking how I wished I heard this years ago. As a grandmother, I find myself feeling many of the same "shoulds" I did as a parent! This book has provided me with more guidance about the real meaning of self-care and why it is so vital. Thank you to both the author and the light narration. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5
