About this audiobook

If we want to know what we’re going to do in life, we have to set goals. But maybe you’ve set goals before only to find that they never came to fruition, or maybe you don’t even know where to begin with setting goals in an effective way. It’s not exactly the most intuitive thing we do.

Fortunately, Sherique Dill is here to help. In Own Your Goals, an audio course from Scribd Coach, Dill explains the value of setting goals, how to begin setting them by evaluating your vision and purpose, and how to conquer negative emotions so you can begin setting goals that will yield fruitful results. She also includes journaling exercises so you can begin putting the ideas in the course into practice.

Confused about setting goals, or tired of setting goals that never seem to come to light? Dill’s course could just be for you.
