New research shows that almost half of us worry every day. Your mind might be full of issues with family, friendships problems, challenges at work, financial issues, or perhaps just the constantly fluctuating state of the world.

‘Stress has become a constant feature of everyday life,’ says specialist psychologist and psychotherapist Dr Charlotte Armitage. ‘Combined with disrupted sleep, relentless digital connectivity, and a continuous flow of negative news, almost half of UK adults (42%) struggle to carve out moments of peace.’
