CHRISTMAS-SPICED PORK BELLY AIR

• 1.25kg pork belly
• 2 tsp mixed spice
• 2 tsp garlic salt
• ½ cup cranberry jelly
• 1 tbsp red-wine vinegar
• chopped parsley, to serve
TIP Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to cook the pork in 2 batches.
1 Cut pork belly into 2.5cm pieces and place in a large bowl. Combine mixed spice and garlic salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle over pork. Toss well to coat all over.
