Meet Australia’s Youngest Authors

When children from one of Australia’s most remote schools saw the picture book they had worked on, they were excited to see their day-to-day lives immortalised in print.

“I like seeing my dog Tjanpi Tjanpi in the book. My family is really proud,” one of the authors, Katrina Williams, age 11, tells Woman’s Day.

“I like the book. I see my name in it and my dog and all the dogs. My dog is Mira-maru,” shares proud
