Conscientiously carving out a healthy diet can be a challenge at the best of times, but if you’re working out regularly and looking to support your fitness goals, meticulous planning is needed.

The first thing to consider is the type of diet that best suits you. More and more athletes are choosing to fuel their performance with a plant-based diet that excludes animal products.
