Q What are the typical challenges one has to face as a woman leader in the education sector?

I believe that leadership in education is not influenced by gender. Educating young children is a very important and responsible job. Today a child of the second-grade has to thrive in a society, say, in the year 2040. To understand what skills he would need for it and how equipped he should be mentally and emotionally for it is a very challenging question. So a leader should not just think of the present, but also of future with far-sightedness and give a proper vision and direction
