How was your high school senior year like and your graduation ceremony?
Definitely one of the most emotionally and mentally challenging times. Between the transition to hybrid learning, completing college applications, extracurriculars, Covid scares and the heavy IB course load, I felt there was never a moment where I could be completely calm.
However, I appreciate the opportunity to spend the last few months with my entire class on campus. We were able to partake in senior traditions and festivities, including graduation. Being able to physically walk on stage to receive my diploma and cheer for my peers as they received theirs were experiences that I would not trade for the world.
What was your most memorable experience in high school?
Those made through extracurricular activities such as Promoting Rural Education in the Philippines (PREP) and Varsity sports (softball and volleyball). These activities created a true sense of community during my years at ISM.
What are you taking at university?
While I am still undecided, I intend to concentrate on Social Studies and take a secondary course in Environmental Science and Public Policy with
