“I wanted to have a social space, but also a relaxing and beautiful garden”

Starting with a small city plot that was devoid of character, Audrey and Nicholas set about turning their uninspiring space into a romantic garden retreat. Despite a lack of experience, Audrey, who moved to London from France five years ago, set about learning all about the British love of gardening, finding inspiration in the gardens she visited. And after several false starts she has learned to be brave with her planting and now has an outdoor space to be proud of.
