MIDWINTER MAGIC

Greypaws stuck his head out of the bushes and sniffed the winter air. It was evening… which meant that it was time for prowling!

His favourite place to look for treats was in the bins outside the row of houses that backed onto the woods. He saw golden lights shining from the windows – and inside he could see bright decorations as well. These strange things puzzled the raccoon, but he loved the colour and brightness that they brought to
