An Ovation for USO Tours

he Reflections article “A Breakfast Surprise” in the August 2021 issue by Hardy W. Bryan (visited by Miss America 1972 Laurie Lea Schaefer and other pageant contestants who were in Saigon on a USO tour) reminded me of a similar situation involving a USO visit headed by none other than Mr. Bob Hope. He put on a show at Long Binh in 1969.
