SETTING BOUNDARIES

Setting a simple boundary may seem inconsequential, but it can actually be a real turning point. I find it helps clients build confidence and feel more empowered, no matter how small their boundaries may seem. The more comfortable we get setting beginner boundaries, the closer we’ll get to setting the most important ones – the boundaries we want and need the most for our health and wellbeing.
