When you follow Markus Kaulius’s journey, you can’t help but be drawn in by his passion for fitness, sense of humour and humility. He has been at the forefront of the fitness, health and supplement industry for over a decade. The once awkward, slender boy from humble beginnings that got tormented by bullies at school gives us insight on how he overcame adversity and has grown into an inspirational individual and entrepreneur.

Q When did your journey into the health and fitness industry start?

When I was 13 years old I had a huge growth spurt that left me 1.94m tall and a whopping 54kg! I looked so frail and I was so embarrassed. I had no self-confidence or self-worth. Naturally, that gets you no attention from the ladies and tons of attention from the bullies. I was so blessed to make my way into the gym, where my whole life was changed. I quickly gained self-respect and confidence. The bullies started to leave me alone and the girls refused to! Fitness changed my whole life and even at that young age, I realised I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others find their own happiness and get off their sad path.

Q Is being an entrepreneur something that comes naturally for you. What would you suggest to young entrepreneurs?

Yes, I was too big of a dreamer to be an employee for someone else. I love being an entrepreneur and I love seeing that entrepreneurial spirit in others. To everyone reading this that
