ESM legal documents and policies

The ESM proactively publishes a wide range of policies and related legal documents in connection with the implementation of its mandate. The ESM governing bodies regularly review these policies and other legal documents to ensure they remain up to date. At the same time, the disclosure of policies containing market-sensitive or other non-public information is subject to special safeguards, as per the ESM Treaty and By-Laws.

The ESM Treaty is available in all official languages of ESM Members.
