David found joy in making others laugh and was always ready to lend a helping hand.

David graduated from Big Flat High School in 1968 and carried a love for bowling and deer hunting throughout his life. He leaves behind a legacy of love and generosity, survived by his wife of 54 years, Dollie Treat; daughter, Crystal Mooney; niece, Edith Bland; granddaughters, Kayla Pryor, Amber Gardner, and Brandy Mooney; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Venitta Treat; brother, Anthony Joseph Treat; sister, Debra Beardshear; and son, Brandon Treat.
