This EMN inform provides an overview of new and innovative initiatives by EMN Member Countries and selected OECD countries to attract foreign talent from January 2021 to March 2024. It explores practical programs and projects, rather than legal frameworks, including EU-funded initiatives like those under the Talent Partnerships framework. The inform also examines how these countries monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives, identifying challenges and good practices.
