This experience was incredible as I ordered and received the tool the next day. The communications, shipping, tracking, delivery and packaging was second to none. the tool was brand new in the box as described, and the price was over $100 less than the big box stores. I highly recommend CPO Outlets, and I am sure I will purchase from them again.

The only issue is that the seller just slapped the shipping labels on the OEM box and sent it to me like that. This has become a regular thing on Ebay. The problem with doing it like that is that the OEM box was never designed for the rigors of shipping. The box is too thin. Fortunately, the item I bought arrived safe and sound. There was just one small spot where the OEM tape had broken.

Item seemed to be ok though. Gave positive review only because CPO communication was great when it came to the shipping and believe the issues were shipping related and not the sellers fault. Pole saw is awesome and definitely lighter than my Stihl has pole saw. Would recommend seller and product and will buy from seller again.
