Better Man might have disappointed at the box office, but now's your chance to watch it and realise that it deserved to do so much better.

The unique Robbie Williams biopic tells the story of his rise with Take That and his subsequent fall, before he rose again as a solo artist and held record-breaking concerts at Knebworth.

It all sounds like a standard music biopic, but Better Man sees Robbie Williams portrayed as a chimpanzee (played by Jonno Davies in motion-capture), while everybody else is a human as normal.

We know you now want to see it, and luckily Better Man is now available to buy or rent in the UK from Prime Video, iTunes and other digital retailers.

Ahead of the movie's release in cinemas over Christmas, Robbie Williams explained to Digital Spy why Better Man acted as "therapy" for him.

"People walk up to me after the screenings and there are floods of tears and they commend me on my bravery which I don't get at all, but thank you. I know that this is, separate to all of the commercial reasons, therapy," he noted.

"I also know because I've witnessed it in some sort of way. It does some sort of healing, which is also great."
