Webba is a producer, songwriter and rapper from Bern, Switzerland who has been active in the music scene since 1998. He made his first steps as a human beatboxer in the 1980s, before he founded his first rap combo eleven years later, which released its first song on cassette in 2000. In 2002 he released his first EP with this group and two years later his first LP.
In 2009 his first solo album "Deheim?" was released. As with his earlier productions, this one was also produced by him completely on his own. The two accompanying video clips were taken into daily rotation by Swiss Television and MTV Switzerland.
In 2011 the first single "Churzschluss" of the album "Uswärts!", which will follow in 2012, was released. It was the first dialect dubstep release ever. The accompanying video received a lot of attention in the media and the public because of the pictures shown. In the same year he was awarded as best producer of the year at the Swiss HipHop Music Awards. 2012 the second album "Uswärts!" was released.
Through the hundreds of concerts he played in all those years, mainly in Switzerland but also in Germany and Austria, he gained a good reputation as a live act. During this whole time he also made a name for himself as a producer for other artists like Wurzel 5, Baze, PVP, Steff la Cheffe, 11ä, Lo & Leduc, Nemo, and many more
