Tony Junior is one of the most recognizable artists in Dance Music today. His Rock ‘n Roll appearance, his amazing live performances and his excellent sets get every crowd rocking!
2022 was a great year for Tony. He toured Europe and Asia virtually nonstop. Most recently he revisited Taiwan for a big tour and he will close off the year with (amongst others) sets on Curacao and in India.
The same year, Tony released solo records on Smash The House (“Mr. Brightside”) and Revealed (“Twerk Anthem” and “Rainbow In The Sky”), a massive remake of “Lambada” with Da Tweekaz & SoundRush on Dirty Workz, and he joined forces with Bassjackers on “Forever Young”, again on Smash The House.
Tony’s 2023 music planning is already full as can be. First up on the 20th of January will be a true monster, a hard remake of “The Scientist” by Coldplay, for which Tony teamed up with three absolute superstars; Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Brennan Heart! Tony will follow this up with a true avalanche of high profile collabs, amongst others with Timmy Trumpet, a second collab with Brennan Heart and last but not least a brand-new record with Steve Aoki on Dim Mak! (Track titles are top secret for now!)
Tony will of course hit the road again in 2023. Already including an Ultra Miami booking in March and a full summer tour around the Mediterranean, his travel schedule will take him around the world once more.
All his life, rhythm has run through Tony’s veins. When he was twelve, he left school to become a professional drummer, teaching music classes and performing with bands. Dance music soon got to him. He broke onto the scene in a major way with a string of huge collaborations with (amongst others) Tiesto, Nervo, Kura, DVBBS and Steve Aoki. Ever since, Tony has kept releasing non-stop on some of the world’s most respected record labels, like Spinnin, Dim Mak, Musical Freedom, Maxximize, Dirty Workz and Smash The House.
Tony has a strong presence on social media. His TikTok, Instagram and YouTube channels, where everyone can catch a behind-the-scenes glimpse of his crazy life, reach hundreds of thousands of people every month.
In his home country, The Netherlands, Tony is also a huge mainstream media star. A regular guest on many major TV and radio shows, his antics are always headline news. For example, during Covid, he starred in “The Bachelor”, which caused virtually every tabloid blog and vlog in Benelux to have an opinion about his love life.
Tony tours globally and year-round. His tours took him from Asia to Europe and beyond and featured shows at Tomorrowland, Ultra, Mysteryland, Marenostrum XPerience, It’s The Ship, ISY Festival China, Dance Valley and many more amazing festivals and clubs.
