Inspired by Nicky Wimnar’s inspiring stand against racism in 1993, Point & Be Proud is a school-based program that aims to educate the community about the ongoing impacts of racism on Indigenous mental health and wellbeing.
Point & Be Proud utilises The Ripple Effect documentary as part of its sessions, which further explores the repercussions of racism through the lens of some of the nation’s most prolific Indigenous athletes.
Using St Kilda players as inspiration, Play To Your Strengths introduces students to Values In Action Character Strengths in a fun and engaging way.
Through interactive exercises, students learn about the 24 universal character strengths, explore their top strengths and ways they can flex these in all aspects of life as well as gain an insight into the strengths of others.
Movember’s Ahead of the Game aims to improve youth mental health through a whole-of-club approach for community sporting organisations.
Tailored particularly for adolescent males involved in organised sport, Movember’s Ahead of the Game builds individual mental health literacy, resilience, and awareness to foster an inclusive and understanding environment for all involved.

safeTALK is a 3hr training course on suicide and mental ill health alertness. It helps participants recognize a person with thoughts of suicide and connect them with resources that can help them in choosing to live.
