On Monday night, Simone posted a thinly-veiled message about prioritising her own happiness to Instagram in what appeared to be a reference to their separation.
The quote read: 'You shouldn't feel guilty for moving forward if you've given someone multiple opportunities to improve or change, but they didn't.
'Everyone has limits, and it's important to look out for your own well-being. If you tried to help or waited for them to change their behaviour, but things stayed the same, it's okay to choose what's best for you and move on.
'Prioritising your own happiness and peace is essential, especially when you've been patient and understanding for a long time.'
As news of their split emerged on Tuesday, Jono shared a series of posts to his Instagram Stories showing how he has been focusing on his fitness business.
He posted photos of himself busy at the business he continues to run with his ex-Amy.
Simone last shared an Instagram post featuring Jono on April 28, where she gave fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse at their first family photoshoot with baby Gia.
