Eamonn Holmes was missing from his GB News hosting duties for the second day in a row as the channel saw a huge presenting shake-up.
The Irish presenter, 65, usually hosts the breakfast instalment alongside former Sky journalist Isabel Webster, 41.
But Eamonn was noticeably absent for Monday's episode - and was instead replaced by familiar face Ben Leo.
On Tuesday viewers tuned in expecting Eamonn to have returned but he was again replaced in the presenting chair by former Britain's Newsroom's Ben.
GB News confirmed to MailOnline that Eamonn is currently taking some time off as annual leave ahead of the Christmas holiday period.
In a touch of normality for loyal viewers, regular host Isabel - who hosts the Breakfast show with Eamonn from Monday to Wednesday - was still on air.

Stephen Dixon and Anne Diamond usually take over presenting duties on the Breakfast show from Thursday to Saturday.
One viewer was so surprised not to see Eamonn he took to X, formerly Twitter, to share his disappointment.
He wrote: 'Turn #GBNews on this morning and it was Ben Leo standing in for Eamonn. I turned over to Sky immediately.
'I haven’t watched the late show since Patrick Christys been on his honeymoon because he’s been in the hot seat.'
Eamonn's absence comes just two weeks after he took a shocking swipe at his GB News co-star Isabel.
The pair had been discussing Wimbledon champion Barbora Krejcikova recently being criticised over her appearance.
During an instalment of the daytime programme in November, Isabel and Eamonn were joined by Paul Coyte who delivered the latest sports headlines.
However, the conversation took a personal turn when they discussed how journalist L. Jon Wertheim, 54, recently mocked the tennis professional's appearance.

Showing a short clip of Jon mocking the size of Barbora's forehead on live TV, Paul asked the hosts: 'Is that a huge deal he's gone because he's like "look at the forehead" you know, what do you think?'
Isabel then aired her opinion saying she believed his comments were 'unnecessarily harsh'.
However, her co-star Eamonn wasted no time in taking a savage swipe at her as he shockingly said: 'You're just speaking as a woman with a big forehead.'
The trio then discussed whether or not the journalist went too far with his comments, to which Isabel said: 'I agree with her I think back off the forehead comments, people,' as she jokingly glared at Eamonn.
She added: 'She can't do anything about it you know, she's got a big forehead, why is that an interesting part of her.

'But I understand why it's a frustration because women's appearances get commented on all the time.'
Eamonn then disagreed with his co-star and claimed that if he went out in 'tennis shorts' all anyone would talk about is his appearance.
He quipped: 'No, no, no if I went out in tennis shorts all people would be talking about is my appearance.
'So I don't get all this about women all the time, it's not about women, it's about if you're different in some sort of way.'
Despite the heated discussion, Isabel carried on delivering the day's latest headlines like a pro.
