At OTE Group, with respect to Human Rights, since 2018 we are planning our strategy in accordance with the OTE Group Code of Human Rights & Social Principles.
The management of human rights issues by OTE is based on the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the corresponding approach by the Deutsche Telekom Group.
Furthermore, in order to meet our promise to create a better world for all, we use as guidelines the OTE Group Code of Conduct, which includes basic rules of conduct, principles and values, such as equality, respect for diversity, trust, credibility, integrity, morality, transparency, personal responsibility. These rules establish a model of operation and lead to the adoption of a common "Corporate Culture".
