Alright this got me curious so I took a quick spin in the MLS. What Stephy wrote is accurate. The only people who can buy it are current owners in the building, per the HOA guidelines. It's basically an extra unit for the help and I don't know how they could possibly say it's a 1 bedroom because it's really a studio. It's a bedroom, and a bathroom. No living room or kitchenette. There are a few units in the building like this - the most recent that sold previously was unit 105 that sold for $170K.

But hey, if you want to invest in the building you can get a 2 bedroom for a steal at $1.68M!

For $1.68 million you could get a very nice large house (over 3000 sq ft) in a nice neighborhood in the SFV.

Plus the HOA on that condo would be as crazy as the traffic on Wilshire Blvd when you try to leave you condo .

I guess they should all sell for $1400 a square since they're just as good. Right?

When something is more expensive it doesn't necessarily mean it's better.

Obviously enough people think its better that the building sold all the units.

McDonald's is the top grossing restaurant business in America.
So they must serve the best food .

Gross is now the same as price per unit?

Logic fail.
