Can I install Oracle 23c (free) in a server with CentOS

Can I install Oracle 23c (free) in a server with CentOS and use it for learning and training. Also no license cost or any other cost .. Please advise.

Oracle 23c is available (free developer version). OEL8 and RHEL8 compatible. CentOS not compatibleI guess. I am planning to install OEL8 and then 23c. Thanks.

I'm sorry, but there is no such version of Oracle database called Oracle 23c. The current version, as of my knowledge, is Oracle Database 19c.
