As an owner-operated company, Eric takes a hands-on approach to our field operations. He personally oversees the ramp up of every project and routinely quality checks the work completed in the field. He can be called on to address any questions or concerns regarding field work and is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers.

Josh has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, starting in the field when he was 19. He has worked on a wide range of projects and environments including catastrophe re-construction, multi-system plant subscriber builds in rural areas, and large event WiFi network builds at motor speedways. With CATV system performance, FCC certifications, and 10 years of management experience, Josh plays a key supervisory role from construction to home installations.

Tabbatha joined Benton in September 2022 and has been a safety influencer in various industries for over 14 years. Her success in building HSE programs is rooted in the solid relationships she forms with frontline workers and management of all levels. She balances education and compassion to drive an employee engagement, safety-first culture that ensures compliance standards are upheld. Tabbatha passionately serves our employees by ensuring a healthy and safe work environment that supports our high functioning teams. She is highly knowledgeable in effective and efficient safety solutions with a robust academic and personal background in OSHA regulated procedures and policies. 

Sarah diligently manages internal operations and her office is relied on by clients to collaborate with across every department of the company. She is responsible for customer relations, on and off boarding, management and workflow liaison, staff relocation, resource allocation, customer billing, damage complaint resolution, procurement and acquisitions, and human resources.

Ryan has over 23 years of experience in the technology industry. He's helped engineer multiple telecom systems ranging from traditional telephony to the latest VOIP technologies, integrating IVR's that serviced over 10,000 customers. His wide range of software applications and systems administration knowledge allows him to work personally with our customer's technology teams to bridge field operations and the customer's IT departments. He’s a well-rounded asset to our team, tackling multi-site projects across the USA, all while leading the charge for Benton’s Technology Department. 

Our experienced in-house crews are among the best at installing aerial and UG networks in all types of terrain. They are supported by our extensive and fully maintained fleet of over 25 bucket trucks, 6 boring rigs, plows, trenchers, fiber trails, fusion splicers and lashers. Our field technicians are equally equipped with state-of-the-art testing equipment and mobile software to maximize their efficiency and production no matter the task! 

Jeremy has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, with 7 years specializing in Fiber Optic Infrastructure and networking. With his wealth of experience working on some of the nation's largest FTTH projects, he oversees our in-house crews and technicians. He is instrumental in the success of our projects, coordinating many moving parts, high volumes of crews, and workflow from issuance to completion. 

John brings over 20 years of experience in telecommunication to his role at Benton. He is known for his proactive, results-driven approach to project management. John has a proven track record of initiating and designing protocols and new system implementation. At Benton, he is committed to going the extra mile to ensure complete client ratification. His ability to connect with clients and partners makes John an invaluable leader within the company.
