The H2 chip carries out more functions than ever, using computational algorithms to deliver even smarter noise cancellation, superior three-dimensional sound and more efficient battery life — all at once.⁵

Voice Isolation⁶ improves the quality of your phone calls in loud or windy conditions. Using advanced computational audio, it reduces background noise while isolating and clarifying the sound of your voice for the person you’re speaking to.

Personalised Volume⁶ uses machine learning to understand your listening preferences in different environments, and automatically adapts sound based on your patterns over time.

When you’re speaking with someone nearby, Conversation Awareness³ automatically lowers the volume of what’s playing and brings it right back up when you’re done.

With Siri Interactions, you can simply nod your head yes or gently shake your head no when Siri asks if you’d like to answer an incoming call, hear a text message or manage a notification.⁶ So it’s easier than ever to interact with Siri — even when you have your hands full or don’t want to speak out loud.

Touch control lets you manage playback functions from the stem. Swipe up or down to adjust volume, press to play and pause music or mute and unmute yourself on calls, and press twice to end a call. You can also hold the stem to switch between listening modes.
