    • Aitken Spence Hotels is celebrating its 50th year anniversary by offering a 50% discount on stays to the first 50 guests who book directly through our brand website on 01 September 2024 only.
    • The 50% discount is available to the first 50 guests collectively across all our destinations and properties. This offer is not limited to 50 guests per destination.
    • The discount given is based on the rack rate as determined by the company and not on rates that may be published on other platforms.
    • Reservations to be made by visiting www.aitkenspencehotels.com/offers/50th-anniversary-offer.html only.

      Eligibility
    • The offer is valid for bookings made by guests aged 18 and above.
    • Bookings must be made through the official Aitken Spence Hotels brand website to qualify for the offer.
    • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
    • Aitken Spence staff are not eligible for this discount.

      Geographical Conditions
    • Sri Lanka: The offer is valid for stays on weekdays until October 31, 2024. The Rainforest Ecolodge is excluded from this offer.
    • Maldives: The offer is valid for stays until October 31, 2024.
    • Oman: The offer is valid for stays until September 30, 2024.
    • India: The offer is valid for stays until September 30, 2024.
    • Blackout dates apply.

      Booking Conditions
    • The offer is limited to the first 50 guests who complete a booking on our brand website. Once the 50th booking is made, the offer will automatically expire.
    • Aitken Spence Hotels reserves the right to verify the booking eligibility and cancel any bookings that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
    • Rooms are subject to availability for this offer and will be confirmed, on a first-come-first-serve basis..
    • All bookings made under this offer are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • The guest who made the reservation must be present for the duration of the booked stay period for the offer to be valid.
    • The guest is required to submit the credit card and NIC/passport upon arrival at the hotel/resort for verification purposes.

      Stay Period
    • The stay period must align with the specific geographical conditions as mentioned above.
    • The offer is subject to availability and is valid for a limited period.
    • The offer will be applicable on first come, first served basis.

      Exclusions and Limitations
    • The offer is not applicable to group bookings (over one room), event bookings, or any bookings made through third-party sites.
    • Additional charges such as taxes, service charges, and other fees are not included in the discount and must be paid in full.
    • The offer is not applicable for:
      1. Corporate outings and day outings
      2. Gift vouchers
      3. Pre-confirmed bookings

      Modifications and Cancellations
    • Name changes will not be accepted once the payment is made.
    • For cancellations, full payment is non-refundable.
    • Aitken Spence Hotels reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
    • Any modifications to existing bookings will result in the cancellation of the discount.
