Kodashim
Kodashim or Kod'shim or Qodhashim (Hebrew קדשים, "Holy Things") is the fifth Order in the Mishna (also the Tosefta and Talmud). Of the six Orders of the Mishna, it is the third longest. Kodoshim deals largely with the religious service within the Temple in Jerusalem, the Korbanot ("sacrificial offerings"), and other subjects considered or related to these "Holy Things".
Kodoshim consists of 11 tractates
Zevachim
(זבחים) means "Sacrifices"; Deals with the procedure of animal and bird offerings. 14 chapters.
Menachot
(מנחות) means "Meal Offerings"; Deals with the various grain-based offerings in the Temple. 13 chapters.
Chullin or Hullin
(חולין) means "Ordinary/Mundane Things"; Deals with the laws of slaughter and meat consumption (i.e. animals used for every-day as opposed to sacred reasons). 12 chapters.
Bekhorot
(בכורות) means "Firstborn"; Deals with the sanctification and redemption of animal and human firstborns. 9 chapters.
Arachin
(ערכין) means "Dedications"; Deals mainly with a person dedicating their value to the Temple or dedicating a field. 9 chapters.

TCF8 encodes a human zinc finger transcription factor that represses T-lymphocyte-specific IL2 gene expression by binding to a negative regulatory domain 100 nucleotides 5-prime of the IL2 transcription start site.
Clinical significance
Mutations of the gene are linked to posterior polymorphous corneal dystrophy 3. A recent study suggested its contributing role in lung cancer invasiveness and metastasis development.

The SMADIP1 gene (also known as SIP1) is a member of the delta-EF1 (TCF8)/Zfh1 family of 2-handed zinc finger/homeodomain proteins. SMADIP1 interacts with receptor-mediated, activated full-length SMADs.

Mutations in the ZEB2 gene are associated with the Mowat-Wilson syndrome.

Zero-energy building
A zero-energy building, also known as a zero net energy (ZNE) building, net-zero energy building (NZEB), or net zero building, is a building with zero net energy consumption, meaning the total amount of energy used by the building on an annual basis is roughly equal to the amount of renewable energy created on the site, or in other definitions by renewable energy sources elsewhere. These buildings consequently do not increase the amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. They do at times consume non-renewable energy and produce greenhouse gases, but at other times reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas production elsewhere by the same amount.
Most zero net energy buildings get half or more of their energy from the grid, and return the same amount at other times. Buildings that produce a surplus of energy over the year may be called "energy-plus buildings" and buildings that consume slightly more energy than they produce are called "near-zero energy buildings" or "ultra-low energy houses".
