Monsignor (Italian pronunciation: [monsiɲˈɲor]; pl. monsignori [monsiɲˈɲoːri]) is an honorific form of address for those members of the clergy of the Catholic Church including bishops, honorary prelates and canons. In some cases, these ecclesiastical honorific titles derive from the pope, but in other cases it is simply a customary or honorary style belonging to a prelate or honorary prelate. These are granted to individuals who have rendered valuable service to the Church, or who provide some special function in Church governance, or who are members of bodies such as certain chapters. The title is never bestowed on those classified as religious in Catholicism. Although in some languages the word is used as a form of address for bishops, which is indeed its primary use in those languages, this is not customary in English.Monsignor is the apocopic form of the Italian monsignore, from the French mon seigneur, meaning "my lord." It is abbreviated Mgr,Msgr, or Mons.
"Monsignor" is a form of address, not an appointment: properly speaking, one cannot be "made a monsignor" or be "the monsignor of a parish." The title or form of address is associated with certain papal awards, which Pope Paul VI reduced to three classes: those of Protonotary Apostolic, Honorary Prelate, and Chaplain of His Holiness.

Pandhayam (Tamil: பந்தயம்; English: Bet) is a Tamil film directed by S. A. Chandrasekhar starring Nithin Sathya, Sindhu Tolani. Vijay did a guest role as himself.
The story- A local thug and criminal who kills people like mosquitoes Masanam (Prakash Raj) slowly rises up the ranks to be a Minister. We have Shakthivel (Nithin Sathya) a die-hard fan of actor Vijay who studies in a city college. He falls in love with the wicked minister's sister Thulasi (Sindhu Tolani) and challenges him (he has a reason for that) and a cat and mouse game ensues. What follows is a series of incidents between the two that leads to a melodramatic climax.

A yo-yo (also spelled yoyo) is a toy which in its simplest form is an object consisting of an axle connected to two disks, and a length of string looped around the axle, similar to a slender spool. It is played by holding the free end of the string known as the handle (usually by inserting one finger in a slip knot) allowing gravity or the force of a throw to spin the yo-yo and unwind the string (similar to how a pullstring works), then allowing the yo-yo to wind itself back to one's hand, exploiting its spin (and the associated rotational energy). This is often called "yo-yoing". First made popular in the 1920s, yo-yoing remains a popular pastime of many generations and cultures. It was first invented in ancient Greece.
In the simplest play, the string is intended to be wound on the spool by hand; The yo-yo is thrown downwards, hits the end of the string, then winds up the string toward the hand, and finally the yo-yo is grabbed, ready to be thrown again. One of the most basic tricks is called the sleeper, where the yo-yo spins at the end of the string for a noticeable amount of time before returning to the hand.
YOYO-1 is a green fluorescent dye used in DNA staining. It belongs to the family of monomethine cyanine dyes and is a tetracationic homodimer of Oxazole Yellow (abbreviated YO, hence the name YOYO), typically available as tetraiodide salt. In aqueous buffer, free YOYO-1 dye (absorption: λmax 458 nm, emission: λmax 564 nm) has very low fluorescence quantum yield, however the intensity of fluorescence increases 3200 times upon binding to double-stranded DNA (absorption: λmax 489 nm, emission: λmax 509 nm).
YOYO-1 is prepared by alkylation of N,N,N’,N’-tetramethyl-1,3-propanediamine with 2 equivalents of N-(3-iodopropyl) analogue of Oxazole Yellow, which is available in three steps from 2-mercaptobenzoxazole:

Up into the universe I cast my line
Standing on top of the rolling hillside
I'm waiting for a sign
Watching for your eyes
I know I'll be here all night
Starfishin' for you
Wishing that it weren't true
You've taken a shine
To someone new
A crawfish, a sunfish a lightening bug goes by
Starlight and sea foam my washed up valentine
The nets came up empty the last kiss was thrown
The poor dog up in the sky lost his bone
chorus
Just when I thought my ship had come in
You went and spoiled everything
I'm gonna cry an ocean of tears
I'll sail away the rest of my years
chorus
Seaweed and moonbeams
A shipwreck of bad dreams
Sand dunes and sea grass
Galileo's face in his beer glass
The clock is callin' to you
The night has fallin' for you
The whole world is turned upside down
chorus
