DWYS (101.1 FM), currently operating as 101.1 YES! FM, is a commercial Hot AC, and OPM radio station in Metro Manila, licensed to Pasay City. It was owned by Pacific Broadcasting Systems (a wholly owned subsidiary of Manila Broadcasting Company) in the Philippines. The station's studio is located at the CCP Complex, Pasay City, and its transmitter is located atop the BSA Twin Towers in Mandaluyong City, sharing the same site with 90.7 Love Radio & 96.3 Easy Rock. YES! FM 101.1 operates 24-hours a day that plays Pop music, OPM, Asian Pop, and the "Philippines' Best Mix Of Music" from the 1990s till present-day.

DZFX 101.1

Originally owned by the Makati Broadcasting Network, it began broadcasting in 1980. It played classical songs until October 11, 1985, and a few minutes before 12 noon, it played its last song, a Mozart piece, just before the top of the hour. A five-second silence ensued, and the production launch presentation was played saying goodbye to DZFX and saying hello to Kiss FM.

Yes 101 commenced broadcasting on December 10, 1993, at 6.00 am. It is one of the radio channels owned by The Capital Maharaja Organization Ltd, a leading conglomerate in Sri Lanka. The main target audience age groups are Teens and Young Adults. Its broadcast ranges from Contemporary hit music to breaking news.

The station is known for organizing live gigs which feature artists from outside Sri Lanka. Previous performers include Inner Circle, Vengaboys, DJ BoBo, Michael Learns To Rock, Air Supply, Michael Bolton, UB40, Ali Campbell and Kid Massive.

Y.E.S. 93.3FM

YES 933, formerly known as 933醉心頻道 in Chinese is a Mandarin radio station owned by MediaCorp in Singapore. It is a 24-hour music station that plays contemporary hits.

History

Singapore Radio began in 1936 with stations each broadcasting in its four official languages - namely Radio One (English), Radio Two (Malay), Radio Three (Chinese) and Radio Four (Tamil). The then owner - Singapore Broadcasting Corporation - launched a revamp campaign and started several stations targeting different segments of the population. Perfect Ten began in 1989 to play English hits for the youth, while its Chinese equivalent, Y.E.S. 93.3FM began broadcasting on 1 Jan 1990 at 9.33AM.

Y.E.S. 93.3FM began as an 18-hour station, broadcasting from 6.00AM to 12.00AM. Broadcasting hours were extended to 2AM in the early 1990s, making it the first Chinese radio station to offer music after midnight. It finally went 24 hours on 1 May 1994.

The Y.E.S. moniker was adopted in 1998. It is an acronym for Your Entertainment Station.
