"Yeh Yeh Yeh" is a song by Melanie C, and was the third and final single from Chisolm's second solo album, Reason (2003), as a double A-side with "Melt". The original plan was to release "Yeh Yeh Yeh" as the third single, but shortly before this could happen, Chisolm injured her knee in TV show The Games games. Because Chisolm couldn't promote an upbeat song with an injury, the UK release was cancelled, but nevertheless it was released in several European countries. "Melt", being an easier song to promote with an injury, was added to the mix, resulting in the double single.
It was released on 10 November 2003 but there were numerous problems. On most CD1s of the set, the track listing was accidentally swapped so that "Yeh Yeh Yeh" was the first track on the CD. Because of this misprint, and following strong competition, lack of promotion, and distribution problems, the single entered the UK Singles Chart at number twenty-seven, sealing Chisolm's fate with Virgin Records and further hindering any hope for the album's success. The single sold just 8,313 copies. However, it peaked at number thirteen in Spain.

I'm looking at the floor
I'm looking anywhere to try to put my head into
A different place
I'm stopping it before
Before I think about the promise to myself that
I'm about to break
Fall into daydreams inside these walls
I must be out of my mind
Cause I don't even know you
But all I do is think about your face
And I don't wanna call you
But I wish I had your number just in case
And I never thought someone could shake me like
You can
Some things weren't designed to understand
I hope you didn't see
I hope you didn't notice if you did I hope you
Looked away
I'll keep it all to me
I'll keep on running cause it's only when I'm running that I feel safe
As I fall I must be out of my mind
Cause I don't even know you...
TV shows and cars that won't slow down
I should be looking for a chance but don't know how
Disillusion never let me down
Don't lose it now, don't lose it
