Belle and Sebastian Write about Love (also known informally as Write about Love) is the eighth studio album by indie-pop group Belle and Sebastian released on 11 October 2010. The album is the second collaboration between Belle and Sebastian and Tony Hoffer, who produced their previous album, The Life Pursuit.
Belle and Sebastian Write about Love was initially revealed by Belle & Sebastian in early 2010 when they mentioned in the Q&A section of their official website that they had recently visited Los Angeles, California to record the tracks for the album. In a follow-up question, Stuart Murdoch confirmed that producer Tony Hoffer had returned for this album. The album's title was officially announced by Murdoch in a posting on Belle & Sebastian's website on 11 August 2010. On 16 August 2010, Murdoch announced the album cover, release dates, as well as a clip on YouTube of a planned Belle & Sebastian television show.
Two tracks from the album were played by the band during their 2010 tour. "I Didn't See It Coming" is a duet featuring Stuart Murdoch and Sarah Martin, while "I'm Not Living in the Real World" features Stevie Jackson primarily on vocals. On 16 August 2010, another track was announced, titled "I Want the World to Stop".Norah Jones is featured on the track "Little Lou, Ugly Jack, Prophet John".
"Write About Love" is the lead single, as well as the title track, of Belle & Sebastian's 2010 album Belle & Sebastian Write About Love. The single was first released in the US on 7 September 2010, and is set to be released in the UK and in international markets on 25 October 2010. The track was also released as a free download for a limited time on Belle & Sebastian's website. The song features actress Carey Mulligan on vocals.
Belle & Sebastian performed "Write About Love" on their 29 September 2010 appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, along with the track "Piazza, New York Catcher" from their 2003 album Dear Catastrophe Waitress. Notably, drummer Richard Colburn did not appear on stage during this performance and his position was filled by Questlove, drummer for Jimmy Fallon's house band, The Roots. It was later stated that Colburn was still playing with the band, and was an audience member on the night of taping.
About Love (Chinese: 關於愛; pinyin: Guan Yu Ai) is a 2005 film.
Three stories are told, respectively set in Tokyo, Taipei, and Shanghai. The first two stories are about a Japanese person and a Taiwanese person. The last one is set in Shanghai with a story about a Japanese man and a Chinese woman. Some of the characters can speak Japanese and some of them Mandarin. Each story encompasses an experience of a foreigner, either from Japan, Taiwan or China, with a native of the opposite country.we can feel love .
The film was directed by Shimoyama Ten, Yee Chin-yen, and Zhang Yibai. It was written by Haruko Nagatsu, Shen Wei, and Yee Chin-yen.
In Tokyo, he is a Chinese computer graphic artist seeking to enrich his exposure while she is a Japanese painter struggling to recover from a broken relationship. This is the simplest and sweetest of the three stories, starting with hidden mutual attraction and ending in their first meeting. This is also the only one of the three stories with a "sub-plot" (a really glorified use of the term) of his friendship with two other art students, both girls, one Chinese and one Japanese.

I know a spell
That would make you help
Write about love, it could be in any tense
But it must make sense
I know a trick
Forget that you are sick
Write about love, it could be in any form
Hand it to me in the morning
I hate my job, I'm working way too much
Every day I'm stuck in an office
At one o'clock, I take my lunch up on the roof
The city's right below, I'll ride upon a man
He's intellectual and he's hot but he understands
The seconds move on
(If you watch the clock)
And the sky grows dark
(If you're looking up)
And the girls move from thrill to thrill
On the tightrope walk
(On the tightrope walk)
I hate my job, I'm working way too much
(Every day I'm stuck in an office)
At one o'clock, I take my lunch up on the roof
The city's right below, I'll ride upon a man
He's intellectual and he's hot but he understands
I know the way
(So you know the way)
Get on your skinny knees and pray
(Maybe not today)
You've got to see the dream through the windows
And the trees of your living room
(Of your living room)
You've got to see the dream through the windows
