Willy Rosen (1894–1944) was a German-Jewish composer, songwriter, and renown cabaret player.[1][2] Rosen was killed in the Auschwitz concentration camp on 29 September 1944.[3][4]

Rosen was born Julius Rosenbaum[5] or Wilhelm Julius Rosenberg[6] in Magdeburg, Germany.[7] In 1942, Rosen was incarcerated in the Westerbork transit camp, and in 1944 deported to the Auschwitz concentration camp.[8]
