White lion
The white lion is a rare color mutation of the Timbavati area. White lions are the same as the tawny African Lion (Panthera leo krugeri) found in some wildlife reserves in South Africa and in zoos around the world. White lions are not a separate subspecies and are thought to be indigenous to the Timbavati region of South Africa for centuries, although the earliest recorded sighting in this region was in 1938. Regarded as divine by locals, white lions first came to public attention in the 1970s in Chris McBride's book The White Lions of Timbavati. Up until 2009, when the first pride of white lions was reintroduced to the wild, it was widely believed that the white lion could not survive in the wild. It is for this reason that a large part of the population of white lions now reside in zoos.
White lions of Mazanie are not albinos. Their white color is caused by a recessive trait derived from a less-severe mutation in the same gene that causes albinism, distinct from the gene responsible for white tigers. They vary from blonde to near-white. This coloration does not appear to disadvantage their survival. The white lions of the Global White Lion Protection Trust (GWLPT) have been reintroduced into their natural habitat and have been hunting and breeding successfully without human intervention for a significant amount of time.
White Lion
White Lion is a Danish/American rock band that was formed in New York City in 1983 by Danish vocalist Mike Tramp and American guitarist Vito Bratta. Mainly active in the 1980s and early 1990s, releasing their debut album Fight to Survive in 1985. The band achieved success with their No. 8 hit "Wait" and No. 3 hit "When the Children Cry" from their second album, the double platinum selling Pride. The band continued their success with their third album, Big Game which achieved Gold status and their fourth album Mane Attraction which included a supporting tour. White Lion disbanded in 1992 and not long after their first compilation album, The Best of White Lion was released.
Mike Tramp reformed White Lion with all new musicians in 1999 and again following a failed attempt to reform the original line up and several legal issues in 2004. The new White Lion released a live album in 2005 and a brand new studio album Return of the Pride in 2008.

Fight to Survive
After moving from Denmark to Spain and then New York City, vocalist Mike Tramp (formerly of the bands Mabel, Studs and Danish Lions) met Staten Island guitarist Vito Bratta (formerly of Dreamer) in 1983. They decided to put together a new band and recruited drummer Nicki Capozzi and bassist Felix Robinson (formerly of Angel) and named the group White Lion.
Freedom City
Freedom City is a fictional, city-based campaign setting for the roleplaying game Mutants & Masterminds. It was designed by Steve Kenson.
Publication history
While working on Silver Age Sentinels, Steve Kenson pitched Freedom City as a setting for the game, but the game's publishers, Guardians of Order, turned it down.Chris Pramas of Green Ronin Publishing asked Kenson to design a new d20-based superhero RPG. Kenson developed Mutants & Masterminds in 2002. In 2003, his Freedom City setting was published. Green Ronin published a trio of books – Golden Age (2006), Iron Age (2007) and Silver Age (2010) – which developed Freedom City by examining it through three different comic book eras. In 2008, a new series of Freedom City Atlases expanded the original Freedom City setting. A new third edition of Mutants & Masterminds Hero's Handbook (2011) brought a new setting to the game universe, Emerald City, which first appeared in a series of PDF Threat Reports (2011), with a complete setting book planned for GenCon 44.

Lion Music is a production company and record label founded in 1989 by composer and artist Lars Eric Mattsson.
History
Lion Music was founded in 1989 by Lars Eric Mattsson as a production company to handle production and licensing for his records in Europe, the United States, and Asia, where a number of deals were signed. After some serious problems with certain labels in the early 90s, Mattsson took a few years off and concentrated on the building of his own studio, as well as a number of other things.
The first releases were Vision's "Till the End of Time" (1997), reissues of Mattsson’s "No Surrender", Vision’s debut album (1998), and Mattsson's solo album Obsession (1998).
In January 2000 Lion Music released Alex Masi's In the Name of Bach and Matsson's Another Dimension.
Branching out
Since this period, Lion Music has operated as a record label with regular releases and seen its roster of artists grow considerably, and they offer varied musical genres and styles. They are now considered a leading force within progressive and power metal circles as well being closely associated with instrumental and virtuoso musician releases. Lion Music has also branched out into other genres such AOR/Melodic hard rock, Fusion and classic hard rock.
