"We Can Do It!" is an American wartime propaganda poster produced by J. Howard Miller in 1943 for Westinghouse Electric as an inspirational image to boost worker morale. The poster is generally thought to be based on a black-and-white wire service photograph taken of a Michigan factory worker named Geraldine Hoff.
The poster was seen very little during World War II. It was rediscovered in the early 1980s and widely reproduced in many forms, often called "We Can Do It!" but also called "Rosie the Riveter" after the iconic figure of a strong female war production worker. The "We Can Do It!" image was used to promote feminism and other political issues beginning in the 1980s. The image made the cover of the Smithsonian magazine in 1994 and was fashioned into a US first-class mail stamp in 1999. It was incorporated in 2008 into campaign materials for several American politicians, and was reworked by an artist in 2010 to celebrate the first woman becoming prime minister of Australia. The poster is one of the ten most-requested images at the National Archives and Records Administration.
"We Can Do It" is a song first released by Carboo in 2000 but is better known as the reworked version released by Swedish singer September in 2003.
In 2000 Carboo released a single with a man rapping the verses and a female singing the chorus. The song is written by Harold Clayton, Abdullah Sigidi and Martin Carboo.
In 2003 a reworked version, replacing the rap verses with melodic verses and adding a pre-chorus, was released as the second single from Swedish singer September's debut album September and peaked at number 10 on the Swedish singles chart. The song was included on September's 2009 UK debut album, Cry for You.

The party was founded in March 2014 in the aftermath of the 15-M Movement protests against inequality and corruption by political scientist Pablo Iglesias, who represents the party in the European Parliament. It is a left-wing populist party that seeks to address the problems of inequality, unemployment and economic malaise that followed in the wake of the European debt crisis. Podemos has called for a renegotiation of austerity measures and seeks to curtail the Treaty of Lisbon.
Podemos is the second largest political party in Spain by number of members after the People's Party (PP); it became the third largest party within the first 20 days it allowed membership, with 100,000 signing up in that period, and its membership grew to more than 389,000.
In the 2014 European Parliament elections on 25 May 2014, Podemos received 7.98% of the national vote, with 1,200,000 votes cast, electing five Members of the European Parliament (MEPs). It's time to put away our
Guns and ammunition
We can do it if we try
I tell you what the reason
Causing all the friction
Discrimination is a crime
We can do it
If we try
Let war and hatred
Pass us by
CHORUS
We can do it if we try
Let war and hate just pass us by
We can do it if we try
Right now! Ah ha ha
My generation
God help the children
My generation
God help the children
If parents only had more
Time for understanding
The youth won't have to turn to drugs
There's only one solution
Causing all the problem
We talking universal love
We can do it
If we try
Let war and hatred
Pass us by
CHORUS
We can do it if we try
Let war and hate just pass us by
We can do it if we try
Right now! Ah ha ha
My generation
God help the children
My generation
God help the children
