Wayside may refer to:
As Friends Rust is a punk band from Gainesville, Florida.
In early 1996 Jeronimo, Henry, and Matt were jamming under the name Wayside. Soon after Damien was recruited from Bird of Ill Omen to step in on vocals. After recording six songs with James Paul Wisner, and making a three track demo, the band soon disbanded, and was not picked up until 1998 when Damien revived it with new members, mostly from the breaking up band Culture. The new line-up recorded a single new song, and used four from the demo, to come out with the debut The Fists of Time on Good Life Recordings. A year later, with a slightly different line-up, the Split with Discount came out, and they quickly went on tour.
Another major line-up change and the new EPs God Hour and As Friends Rust were released on Good Life Recordings Doghouse Records, which they had just signed to. Each label now had rights to the bands recordings, which led to Doghouse to re-releasing the band's debut album The Fists of Time: An Anthology of Short Fiction and Non-Fiction in 2000, now adding two songs and a new packaging. The band went on to tour for three years with the same tracks, continuing to grow, and gain respect on the underground scene.
Wayside (also known as Wayside School) is a Canadian animated comedy television series developed by John Derevlany for Teletoon and Nickelodeon. The series centers on Todd, a transfer student who attends Wayside, an offbeat 30-story elementary school. It is loosely based on the Wayside School books by Louis Sachar, although several elements differ between the two works.
Derevlany conceived Wayside in 2003, leading to an hour-long television special pilot titled Wayside: The Movie that aired in 2005. Teletoon greenlit twenty-six episodes of Wayside in 2006, and the series made its premiere on March 3, 2007. It ended on July 9, 2008, with a total of two seasons and 26 episodes. It also aired briefly on Nickelodeon during this time. Reruns of the show currently air on YTV.
Wayside received generally positive reviews from critics, who praised its clever and off-beat humor. The series was nominated for a "Best TV Series for Children" at the 2008 Cartoons on the Bay award ceremony. The pilot episode and the first season are both available on DVD.

Iar e murdara
De cerneal calimara,
Sufletul mi-l spala
O ultima octava.
Din ochii tai
Nu deslusesc taine
Esti in palma mea
Fara haine.
Dar tu, tu ai sapat
Prea adinc
Ai sapat mormint
Doar tu, tu, tu.
A cita oara?
Mi-e murdara calimara.
Intr-un vers multa povara
Am pictat eu asta vara.
Cit de tris era pe stele
In lumina lor sub ele
Eu aud cum din adincuri
Vocea ei dor din mormintui
Am trecut prin fum si urlet
Ai plecat cu trup si suflet,
Uite-asa mi-am plins cerneala
