Wanted is a 2004 Malayalam movie directed by Murali Nagavally. It's the official remake of Telugu film 'Aithe'. The movie features Mohanlal, Madhu Warrier, Aravind Akash and Nishanth Sagar in the lead roles,film did moderately in the boxoffice.

Plot

Four college friends badly in need of money kidnap a wanted criminal and get caught between the police and mafia. Mohanlal makes the appearance as a police officer in this movie.

Wanted is a 2008 American-German action thriller film based on the comic book miniseries of the same name by Mark Millar and J. G. Jones. The film, written by Chris Morgan, Michael Brandt, and Derek Haas and directed by Timur Bekmambetov stars James McAvoy, Morgan Freeman, and Angelina Jolie. The storyline follows Wesley Gibson (McAvoy), a frustrated account manager who discovers that he is the son of a professional assassin and decides to join the Fraternity, a secret society in which his father worked.

Universal Studios acquired the adaptation rights from Millar in 2004, and while the eventual script drifted from the comic book supervillain mythos in the original miniseries, Millar was content to see most of the comic's darker content was retained. Production began in April 2007, with filming in the Czech Republic, Budapest, and the story's main setting, Chicago. Wanted was released on June 2008 to both critical and commercial success, with box office earnings of $341 million worldwide and reviews praising the fast pacing and stylized action scenes. A sequel was planned the same year as the film's release, but ultimately stalled in the development phase.

Underdogs (2013 animated film)

Underdogs (known as Metegol in Argentina and The Unbeatables in the United Kingdom) is a 2013 Argentine 3D computer-animated fantasy sports comedy adventure film co-written and directed by Juan J. Campanella. The film is inspired on the short story Memorias de un wing derecho (Memoirs of a Right Wing) by the Argentine writer Roberto Fontanarrosa. Gaston Gorali, co-writer and producer of the film, and Eduardo Sacheri, who worked on the script of Campanella's The Secret in Their Eyes, developed the screenplay with Campanella.

The film is an Argentine production, and was released in Argentina on 18 July 2013, setting an all-time record for an Argentine film opening at the box-office. Costing $21 million, the film is the most expensive Argentine film of all time, and the most expensive Latin American animated feature ever.

The film received indecisive and mixed reviews, with it having a 64% "Fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on 14 reviews, but a 38 out of 100 based on 5 reviews on Metacritic, indicating "generally unfavorable reviews".

Underdogs is a 2006 Canadian television series spin-off from Marketplace. Host Wendy Mesley brings together three people, the underdogs, who have a consumer complaint to help them win their way against three companies of Canada.

"Underdogs" is a song by Welsh alternative rock band Manic Street Preachers. It was released in 2007 by record label Columbia as the first single taken from their eighth studio album, Send Away the Tigers.

Fan competition

A fan competition was announced at the time of the song's announcement, asking fans to send in photos, videos and other visual media they thought fit the song and its theme. The final video, composed of clips from the band's previous videos and fan-sent material, was released on the band's website on 12 April 2007.

Release

"Underdogs" was released on 19 March 2007 by record label Columbia as the first single taken from their eighth studio album, Send Away the Tigers. It was released on one-sided 7" vinyl – limited to 1,000 copies, and which sold out instantly on pre-order– and also as a digital download. A promo CD version in card sleeve also exists but is considered rare.
